Rakesh Khanna:

Mr. Khanna has over 38 years of experience in the Legal profession as a Counsel and advisory practice. He advises domestic and international clients in strategizing and undertaking civil, commercial, corporate litigations and arbitrations. He is actively engaged in commercial arbitrations. He advises institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators in aspects of corporate structuring, investments, construction, services, agency & franchise. His practice covers legal due diligences and disputes relating to joint ventures, shareholder agreements, Intellectual property, commercial contracts, construction and development law related issues etc. including litigations relating to Constitutional and Service matters. He has a vast experience in Legal Audits, Company Due Diligence and Land Due Diligence and has been involved in advising many Companies. He has been involved in several high-profile landmark litigations.

He has a broad Litigation practice in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, the Competition Commission, and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission etc.

In 2010, Mr. Khanna was appointed as Additional Advocate General for the State of Punjab at the Supreme Court of India and continued till 2017.

Udit Kumar Chaturvedi:

Udit has experience of more than 16 years in Litigation and specializes in Banking Laws, Service matters and Employment laws. He also has extensive experience in handling Land Due Diligence and matters in relating to Land Laws, real estate and contractual disputes. He has experience in Infrastructure laws and regularly appears in the High Court of Delhi, District Court and various Tribunals i.e. National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, National Company Law Tribunal Board etc. Udit is well versed with Legal compliances under Land laws and has been regularly advising companies under the provisions of various laws.

Saurabh Khanna:

Saurabh has a rich and versatile experience of more than 14 years in corporate and litigation. He specialises in advising client in legal and regulatory compliances. He has for some years worked in the legal department of Mcdonald’s and thereafter Wendy’s and has experience of compliances in the Food Industry, FSSAI and employment laws. He advises domestic and international clients in civil, commercial and corporate litigations.

Saurabh regularly practises in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, High Court of Himachal Pradesh and various Tribunals i.e. National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, TDSAT, Debt Recovery Tribunals.

Nabhanya Sharma

Nabhanya has 5 year’s experience and is mainly involved in Real Estate, Dispute Resolution and Commercial Practice. She has worked with various clients on a wide range of real estate transactions.

Nabhanya is actively involved in drafting, negotiations and document finalization, besides assisting and arguing matters. She also specializes in undertaking title diligence for agricultural lands and urban properties. She is actively involved in complex real estate transactions and disputes arising therefrom. She has represented matters before various forums including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. She also handles pro- bono and is empaneled with Delhi State Legal Service Authority.

Niharica Khanna

Niharica enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2018 and has been involved regularly in preparing and assisting in matters before the High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Appellate Law Tribunal, etc. Niharica is involved in research, drafting, filling and appearing in matter pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Intellectual Property, arbitrations and commercial disputes.

Pragya Bindra:

Ms. Bindra enrolled in the Bar Council of India in the year 2018. Ms. Bindra has been appearing regularly in the High Court of Delhi, District courts, Consumer forum, National Company Law Tribunal, etc. Ms. Bindra is involved in various ongoing arbitrations and commercial disputes.
